By registering for classes, purchasing memberships, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Membership Types

We offer various membership options including:

• Single class drop-ins
• Class packs (10 classes)
• Monthly unlimited memberships
• Annual memberships

3. Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking

• Classes can be booked online through our website or mobile app
• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or credit deduction
• Class spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis

3.2 Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class start time
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) will result in loss of class credit
• No-shows will result in loss of class credit
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

3.3 Late Arrival

For the safety and comfort of all students, we may not admit students who arrive more than 10 minutes after class start time.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Class packs are valid for 6 months from purchase date

4.2 Recurring Payments

• Monthly memberships auto-renew on the same day each month
• You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Cancellation requires 30 days notice

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of studio closure or at our sole discretion. Class credits may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions

You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely in yoga classes. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in yoga classes involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to practice within your own limits.

5.3 Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soyoga Studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while participating in our classes or using our facilities.

6. Studio Rules and Conduct

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in and set up
• Turn off all mobile devices before entering the studio
• Respect the quiet, peaceful environment of the studio
• Clean and return all props to their designated areas
• Wear appropriate athletic attire
• Practice good hygiene
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• No photography or recording without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership for violation of studio rules or disruptive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Soyoga Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
